Robyn Papworth

Calming the storm from within

Robyn has dedicated her career to educating others about the eight sensory systems. Yup there are eight! In fact, fact three of them are incredibly important to understand when it comes to ADHDers. The Proprioceptive, Vestibular and Interoceptive sensory systems are Robyn's all-time favourite topics. She somehow manages to share this really complicated information in such a fun, playful and engaging way.

In order to be able to enhance self-regulation, focus, and coordination in both children, and adults living with ADHD we must be able to understand the vagus nerve, our window of tolerance and our ability tune into what our bodies are telling us. Using simple, but highly effective techniques, Robyn will support our understandings of these sensory systems, and the ways in which we can transform the growth and emotional stability in individuals of all ages and abilities.

And the kids just think they are having fun.

In her own sparkly ADHD style, she will share vital information about how we can 'calm the ADHD storm within.'
